Email & Communications Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This policy describes how PZIMI ("we", "us") sends email and other communications to users of our creator platform at pzimi.com and the PZIMI mobile application.
1. Transactional email only
PZIMI sends transactional and account-related email only. These are messages triggered by user action or required for account security. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, or third-party advertisements.
Examples of emails we send:
- Email address verification codes during sign-up or login
- Password reset links and one-time codes
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
- Security alerts (e.g., new device sign-in)
- Subscription and payment receipts (when payments are enabled)
- Account or policy notices required by law or our Terms
2. No marketing without consent
We do not currently send promotional or marketing newsletters. If we introduce optional marketing communications in the future, they will be:
- Sent only to users who have opted in
- Clearly identified as marketing
- Easy to unsubscribe via a one-click link or by emailing info@pzimi.com
3. How we obtain email addresses
We collect email addresses only when users voluntarily provide them during account registration or profile setup in the PZIMI app. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape email lists from third parties.
4. Sending infrastructure
Transactional email may be delivered through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES), Amazon Cognito, or other reputable email providers. All sending domains are authenticated (SPF, DKIM) and aligned with pzimi.com.
5. Bounce and complaint handling
We monitor delivery feedback from our email providers:
- Hard bounces: Invalid addresses are suppressed and not emailed again.
- Complaints: Users who mark our mail as spam are unsubscribed from non-essential messages and investigated.
- Abuse: Repeated complaints may result in account review or termination.
6. Opt-out and preferences
Transactional emails required for account access (e.g., verification codes) cannot be disabled while you maintain an active account. Optional notifications may be managed in app settings where available.
To stop all email from PZIMI, you may delete your account in the app or request deletion at info@pzimi.com.
