Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 26, 2026
PZIMI is a family-safe creator platform. These guidelines apply to all users — fans and creators — and supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use PZIMI. We do not knowingly allow minors on the platform.
2. Prohibited content
The following is not allowed on PZIMI, including in member-only or pay-per-view posts. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules.
- Adult content and services: content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts (for example subscriber-only nude images, adult audio/video, or adult live chat). PZIMI does not offer adult services.
- CSAM: any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. This is reported to authorities and results in a permanent ban.
- Copyright-infringing content and other intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement (for example leaked music albums, unlicensed commercial music, or movie/TV clips).
- Violent extremism: content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats
- Illegal activity, drugs, weapons sales, or fraud
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading claims
- Doxxing or sharing others' private information without consent
3. Automatic safety scanning
PZIMI automatically scans uploads and captions for adult or unsafe content (image AI moderation + text filters). Blocked content is rejected before it goes live. Repeated violations use a strike system: warning → 7-day posting lock → account ban.
4. Copyright and intellectual property
Post only media you own or are licensed to use. Commercial music, movie/TV clips, and content copied from third-party platforms without a license are not allowed. Creators confirm ownership or rights before publishing.
We do not fingerprint every song or film. If someone reports Copyright or IP in the app, matching posts are auto-hidden (notice-and-takedown). Repeat copyright auto-hides are logged and can lead to restrictions or a ban.
Formal DMCA notices: email info@pzimi.com with subject DMCA. Include the work claimed, URLs on PZIMI, your contact info, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
5. Respectful behavior
Treat other users with respect in posts, comments, and direct messages. Do not stalk, coerce, or pressure creators or fans. Use block and report tools if someone makes you uncomfortable.
6. Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the content they publish. Content must comply with these guidelines and applicable law. Creators must not misrepresent subscriptions, benefits, or pricing. Only post media you own or have rights to use — including any music or clips in a reel or video.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Users can report content and accounts in the app. Report reasons include Adult or sexual content, Child sexual exploitation (CSAM), Copyright or IP, Violent extremism, Hate or violence, Harassment, Spam, and Impersonation. Adult and copyright reports on posts can trigger immediate hide pending review. We may also:
- Remove or auto-hide content
- Issue warnings and strikes (including copyright strikes)
- Restrict features (messaging, posting, payouts)
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Report illegal activity to authorities where required
Decisions are at our discretion. Repeat or severe violations — including repeated copyright infringement — result in permanent bans.
8. Appeals
If you believe we made an error, email info@pzimi.com with subject Appeal and include your username and details.
