Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the PZIMI website, mobile application, APIs, and related services ("Services"). By using PZIMI you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
PZIMI is an 18+ family-safe creator membership platform. It is not an adult platform. You may use PZIMI only for lawful purposes: discovering creators, joining memberships, tipping, messaging, and publishing original creator content.
1. Permitted use
You may use PZIMI to create an account, follow creators, subscribe, tip, unlock posts, send in-app messages, and (if you are a creator in an eligible country) publish posts, Status, and Clips and withdraw earnings. All activity must comply with this AUP and applicable law.
2. Prohibited content
You may not post, upload, stream, sell, offer, promote, link to, or otherwise make available any of the following. These prohibitions apply to public posts, member-only posts, pay-per-view content, Status, Clips, messages, profile photos, bios, and any other material on PZIMI.
2.1 Adult content and services
PZIMI prohibits adult content and services, including content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts. This includes, without limitation:
- Subscriber-only nude images
- Explicit sexual photos, audio, or video
- Adult audio/video live chat or any adult live-streamed services
- Pornography, sexual services, or escorting
PZIMI does not provide live streaming. Memberships, tips, and pay-per-view on PZIMI may not be used to sell or deliver adult content.
2.2 Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any sexual, pornographic, or exploitative content involving a minor (anyone under 18), including CSAM, is strictly prohibited. PZIMI will remove the content, permanently terminate the account, and report it to the appropriate authorities as required by law. PZIMI does not knowingly allow users under 18 on the platform.
2.3 Intellectual property and copyright-infringing content
You may not post content that infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others. This includes copyright-infringing content such as:
- Leaked music albums
- Unlicensed commercial music
- Movie or TV clips you do not own or have a license to use
- Photos, videos, or other media copied from third-party platforms without a license
Post only content you own or are licensed to use. Formal DMCA notices: email info@pzimi.com with subject DMCA.
2.4 Violent extremism
PZIMI prohibits violent extremism: content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
2.5 Other prohibited material
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats
- Illegal activity, including drugs, weapons sales, or fraud
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or doxxing
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission
- Use bots or automation to spam, follow, or message users
- Circumvent security, rate limits, payment systems, or content restrictions
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or abuse features
- Send unsolicited commercial email through or about PZIMI
- Use the Services to build a competing product using our data
- Reverse engineer the app except where law permits
4. In-app reporting
Users can report posts, profiles, comments, and messages in the PZIMI app. Report reasons include:
- Adult or sexual content
- Child sexual exploitation (CSAM)
- Copyright or IP (including leaked or unlicensed music and video)
- Violent extremism
- Hate or violence
- Harassment or bullying
- Spam or scam
- Impersonation
Reports of adult content or copyright/IP on a post can auto-hide that post. CSAM and violent-extremism reports are treated as high severity: content is removed and the account is reviewed for termination. We may also restrict posting, messaging, or payouts, and we report illegal activity to authorities where required.
Urgent safety reports may also be emailed to info@pzimi.com with subject Safety Report.
5. Automatic safety scanning
PZIMI automatically scans uploads and captions for adult or unsafe content. Blocked content is rejected before it goes live. Repeated violations use a strike system: warning → 7-day posting lock → account ban. Severe violations (including CSAM, violent extremism, and repeated copyright infringement) may result in an immediate permanent ban.
6. Email and messaging
Do not use PZIMI to send spam, phishing, or bulk unsolicited messages. In-app messaging must comply with this AUP and our Community Guidelines. See Email Policy for how PZIMI sends email to users.
7. Account security
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pzimi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and take action including content removal, feature limits, suspension, termination, forfeiture of unpaid earnings where permitted by law, and legal referral. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may do so to protect users and the platform.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
