Pzimi provides digital content and subscription access. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
General policy
All purchases on Pzimi — including subscriptions and pay-per-view content — are final and non-refundable, except as described below. Digital goods are delivered instantly upon payment.
When we may issue a refund
- Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same item
- Billing error — incorrect amount charged due to a system error
- Technical failure — you paid but could not access content due to a verified platform error
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
How to request a review
Email info@pzimi.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
